Clash over suspected black magic at Patancheru leaves two injured
A violent dispute broke out between two families in Rudraram village, Patancheru mandal, Sangareddy, over suspicions of black magic.
Sangareddy: A clash between two families over the alleged performance of black magic at Rudraram village in Patancheru mandal left two persons injured on Wednesday.
According to police, a migrant worker’s family from Bihar had conducted some pujas at their residence in Rudraram. A neighbouring family, suspecting the rituals to be black magic, objected to the activity. This led to an altercation, during which the family performing the pujas reportedly attacked their neighbours.
Two persons sustained serious injuries in the incident and were admitted to a hospital. Police have registered a case and have reportedly taken the accused into custody.
As investigation is underway.
