He hailed Vidyasagar Rao as a revolutionary who fought throughout his life, against the united Andhra rulers looting water resources of Telangana and also brought awareness among the people of Telangana on the importance of irrigation water as well as cultivation. He also recalled the services rendered by Vidyasagar Rao during the separate Telangana statehood movement.
