CMC announces 5% discount for advance property tax payments

The Cyberabad Municipal Corporation (CMC) has urged taxpayers within its limits to pay property tax in advance for the financial year 2026-27 under its early-bird scheme.

Hyderabad: The Cyberabad Municipal Corporation (CMC) on Wednesday urged taxpayers within the CMC limits to take advantage of the early-bird scheme by paying property tax in advance for the year 2026-27.

Those paying the total property tax for the current financial year (2026-27) in advance during the month of April will receive a 5 percent discount.


The CMC encouraged property taxpayers to pay their property tax in advance for the financial year 2026-27 to avail a 5 percent discount provided by the government.
