Rajanna-Sircilla: District Collector Anurag Jayanthi instructed officials to complete the works of mini stadium being constructed in Sircilla municipality limits by year end.
The Collector along with municipal officials visited the mini stadium and examined the progress of ongoing works on Saturday. Speaking on the occasion, he instructed the officials to complete running track, tennis court, volleyball court, entry arch and other works at brisk pace.
Later, the collector examined the ongoing works of integrated vegetable and non-vegetable market being constructed in Vemulawada old market yard in 2 acres area by spending Rs 4.50 crore.
He instructed officials to speed up the works apart from completing the demolition works of the old market as early as possible.
Inspecting the graveyard, Anurag Jayanthi wanted the officials to take steps to complete work at the earliest. He also inspected the works of vegetable market being constructed in Chamakunta of Vemulawada by spending Rs 2.70 crore.
