Adilabad: BRS MLC K Kavitha lashed out at the Congress government for booking false cases against those who raise voice on behalf of the public. She paid tributes to martyrs of Indervelli firing incident at martyrs’ column in Indervelli mandal centre on Monday.
Kavitha alleged that the government was indulging in vendetta politics. She found fault with the government for registering an ACB case against BRS working president KT Rama Rao. She stated that the BRS would not be feared by the cases. It would continue to fight against the government for the rights of the public, she reiterated.
The MLC opined that all sections of the society, in particular women and farmers, were being meted out injustice in the ruling of the Congress. She slammed it for duping the farmers by offering Rythu Bharosa investment support of Rs 12000 instead of the promised Rs 15,000 per acre.
Kavitha further said that the government was harassing the cadres by booking cases as it was scared by the protests. She observed that it would certainly face punishment in the court of the public soon.
