Construction worker killed in transformer explosion in Hyderabad
He suffered grievous burns and died on the spot

Hyderabad: A construction worker died allegedly after an electric transformer caught fire and exploded at the industrial area in Kushaiguda on Saturday.
K Nagaraju (37), along with his co-workers were clearing industrial debris from the transformer surroundings, when the incident occurred.
Police said though the actual reason was yet to be ascertained, fire erupted from the transformer and spread to Nagaraju. He suffered grievous burns and died on the spot.
The Kushaiguda police are investigating. Th Electricity Department officials are examining the cause.
