Hyderabad: Law Minister A Indrakaran Reddy said District Judge Courts would be established on the premises of existing Additional District Judge Courts in the respective district headquarters.
All the cases in the erstwhile districts would be transferred to the respective new district courts, which would be established across the State, he said.
The Minister, along with State Planning Board Vice Chairman B Vinod Kumar and Law Department Secretary Santosh Reddy, reviewed the exercise to establish District Judge Courts in each new district. During the meeting, the Minister directed the officials to expedite the measures for establishing District Judge Courts in the newly-formed districts.
“The High Court is expected to take a decision on establishing District Judge Courts in the newly formed districts shortly,” said Indrakaran Reddy.
