Hyderabad: For our fun, we burst crackers on Diwali, which is the festival of light and not the festival of pollution or crackers which many people think it is. Every year most people burst crackers including me but a small thing made me realise that bursting crackers spoils the environment.
When I was bursting crackers, the smoke which came from it, shocked me and seeing the animals run away from the crackers especially dogs that were suffering from the loud sound, made me so sad. This is what made me promise myself that I would never touch a cracker in my life.
And also a small message to all of you – please avoid crackers and understand one point as a human we should save the world from pollution and what are we doing is polluting the air due to crackers. The only advantage due to crackers is having fun, but I think we can get fun in many more ways, but if we think about the disadvantages of burning crackers, there can be a list including it kills many animals as well pollutes the air.
This year we already polluted it but at least from next year do not burst crackers. Whoever lives on the Earth has the equal responsibility to save nature by stopping the use of crackers.
