Hyderabad: Two policemen working in Hyderabad and Cyberabad were caught by the Goa Police for allegedly betting on stakes in cricket.
While one constable is working in Mailardevpally police station the other is working in the Hyderabad Task Force.
A senior police official said that the policeman working in Hyderabad Task Force had applied for leave to attend the marriage of his sister in Delhi and it was sanctioned. The other working in the Mailardevpally police station had also applied for leave.
After catching the duo red handed the Goa Police informed about it to the counterparts here. An enquiry has been ordered by the police higher ups in.
