Hyderabad: A gymnasium equipped with physical fitness training equipment and a physiotherapy room was inaugurated by Cyberabad Police Commissioner VC Sajjanar at the Cyberabad Training Centre (CTC) for the benefit of policemen here on Tuesday.

Sajjanar said the pandemic has put pressure on mental as well as physical health apart from teaching us to take due care of ourselves and families.

“The gym will be used by the police personnel for their fitness. It will help in attaining good health. The gym is provided with necessary equipment like treadmill, cross-trainer, weights, dumbbells, fitness ball, yoga mats and skipping ropes, among others,” he said.

The old Control Room, Road Traffic Accident Cases Monitoring Cell (RTAM Cell), Accounts Section, which were recently renovated, were also inaugurated.
