Cyberabad police focus on improving skills of officers
A monthly calendar is prepared after analysing the training needs of officers every month and accordingly training is scheduled with the help of subject experts and resource persons from across the State
Hyderabad: As untrained employees take approximately up to six times longer to perform the same task as trained employees, the Cyberabad Police is focusing on improving the individual skills of its officers from all ranks in usage of technology, drafting skills and to improve quality of investigation in different cases.
Regular training sessions are now being organised at the Commissionerate Training Centre for this purpose.
As per instructions from Police Commissioner VC Sajjanar, a monthly calendar is prepared after analysing the training needs of officers every month and accordingly training is scheduled with the help of subject experts and resource persons from across the State.
Accordingly, during the first training session this month, the topics taken up included rape and POCSO Act, rule-based driving skills, fatal and non-fatal crashes, Human Resouce Management System, Cybercrimes and English speaking and drafting skills. Relevant material was prepared and circulated to the trainees in both hard and soft copies, for reference purpose.
