Cyberabad police switch to new contact numbers from January 4
The Cyberabad police have announced changes to the official phone numbers of senior officers as part of a standardisation exercise. All numbers are being migrated to the 87126 series, already in use by other police units.

Hyderabad: The Cyberabad police have announced a change in the official phone numbers of senior police officers. As part of a standardisation exercise, all official numbers are being migrated to the 87126 series, which is currently used by other police units.
The police said that the old official phone numbers will no longer function, and the public is advised to take note of the change. The new numbers will be effective from January 4, 2026.
According to an official statement, Cyberabad police officers will be available on the following new numbers:
- Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad: 8712663001
- Joint Commissioner of Police: 8712663002
- CP (CC): 8712663006
- DCP, Special Branch: 8712663003
- DCP, Madhapur: 8712663004
- DCP, Balanagar: 8712663005
- DCP, Women & Child Safety Wing: 8712663008
- DCP, Crimes: 8712663009
- DCP, Medchal: 8712663025
- DCP, Cyber Crimes: 8712663027
- DCP, Traffic–I: 8712663010
- DCP, Traffic–II: 8712663011
- DCP, SOT–I, Madhapur: 8712663028
- DCP, CAR Headquarters, Cyberabad: 8712663033
The Cyberabad police have requested citizens to update their records and use the new numbers for official communication.
