Dozens fall ill after suspected food poisoning at function in Narsapur
At least 41 people, mostly relatives, fell ill after dinner at a function hall in Narsapur, Medak district, on Friday night. Victims suffered stomach pain, vomiting and diarrhoea due to suspected food poisoning.
Medak: At least 41 people fell ill after having dinner during a function at a function hall in Narsapur town on Friday night. Most of them were close relatives who attended the function.
They developed serious stomach pain and started suffering from vomiting and diarrhea immediately after eating the food, due to suspected food poisoning.
They were rushed to the area hospital in Narsapur. As the condition of four children turned critical, they were rushed to the government general hospital in Sangareddy for better treatment.
