Hyderabad: Nuts make a wonderful dose of nutrition to our meals and that’s the reason we celebrate National Nut Day. The students of grade III and IV of DPS Nacharam embraced the day by knowing more about nuts during the assembly in order to promote healthy living.
October 22 is observed as National Nut Day. It is a wonderful day because it celebrates the healthy and nutritious nuts which are loved by all. Students have learnt to include these wholesome snacks in their meals every day.
Students were really excited to share that they chose a combination of nuts and dried fruit, as a healthy snack for the day and shared to their friends that it will bring a lot of benefits. They also thanked all the farmers who yield the nutritious nuts for us.
