Hyderabad: Detox drinks have become a popular part of modern wellness routines, especially for those looking to feel lighter, more refreshed, and hydrated throughout the day.

While they don’t literally remove toxins from the body, these natural drinks are made with simple ingredients that support digestion, hydration, and overall well-being. They are easy to prepare and can be added to daily habits without much effort.

Lemon Water – Morning Hydration Boost

Lemon water is one of the simplest detox drinks and is often consumed in the morning. To make it, squeeze half a lemon into a glass of warm water and mix well. It helps refresh the body after sleep and supports hydration and digestion.

Cucumber Mint Water – Cooling Refreshment

Cucumber mint water is a light, refreshing drink that helps reduce bloating. To prepare it, add sliced cucumber and a few mint leaves to a litre of water and let it sit for a few hours before drinking.

Ginger Lemon Tea – Digestive Comfort Drink

This soothing drink is made by boiling a few slices of ginger in water for 5–7 minutes, then adding lemon juice. It is commonly used to ease digestion and reduce heaviness.

Jeera Water – Traditional Digestive Aid

Jeera water is prepared by soaking or boiling one teaspoon of cumin seeds in water. Strain and drink it warm or at room temperature, usually in the morning.

Amla Juice – Vitamin C Power Drink

Amla juice is made by blending fresh amlas with water or mixing store-bought juice with water. It is often consumed for its skin and immunity benefits.
