Yadadri-Bhongir: On the second day of Yadadri Brahmostavam on Tuesday, Dwajarohanam was performed by temple priests at Balalayam of lord Sri Lakshminarsimha Swamy.
The sacred yellow cloth bearing the imprint of lord Garuda with garlands was hoisted atop the dwajasthambam at Balalayam inviting the Gods to the annual brahmostvam. Before dwajarohanam, a yagam was performed by the temple priests at Balalayam amidst chanting of Medic mantras. In the evening, Bheeri pooja was performed at Balalayam by the temple priests.
Temple Executive Officer N Geetha, head priest Nallandigal Lakshminarasimha Acheryulu and others participate in the rituals.
