"I started practicing yoga after I suffered from an injury while dancing a few years back. It helped heal the pain and overcome it gradually. I have never looked back since then. It is a way of life for me now," says Malaika.
"Every day is music day for a musician like me, but whenever there is a day like this it's a good time to go back to your roots and remember why you started all of it. Introspection helps one to improve one's craft," Arjun said.
