Hyderabad: A key exercise for the Jubilee Hills bye-election, the commissioning of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) was conducted by the Returning Officer on November 2 and 3 at the Kotla Vijay Bhaskara Reddy Indoor Stadium in the city.

The procedure was held in the presence of the contesting candidates and their agents. Supervision was provided by General Observer Ranjit Kumar Singh, Police Observer Om Prakash Tripathi, and District Election Officer R V Karnan, an official statement said on Monday.
