Farmer gored to death by wild boar in Mancherial

Mancherial: A 60-year-old farmer was killed and two others injured after being attacked by a wild boar while inspecting his cotton crop at Surzapur village in Kannepalli mandal on Saturday.
Forest officials said Dagama Ramaiah, a farmer from Venkatapur, sustained grievous injuries when the boar gored him, leading to his death on the spot. Gundla Chiranjeevi and Mekala Bapu suffered minor injuries when the same boar attacked them while they were working in the fields.
Both were shifted to a hospital in Bellampalli.
