Fatal fall claims life of woman in Hyderabad
The woman sustained a cut on the forehead after hitting against the sink and also an injury on backside of head
Hyderabad: A woman died after accidentally falling down at her house in Javednagar under Bhavaninagar police station limits on Saturday night.
According to the police, Nasreen Begum (40) lived along with her husband and son at Javednagar. Last night, while cooking she reportedly slipped and fell down in the kitchen.
“The woman sustained a cut on the forehead after hitting against the sink and also an injury on backside of head. She fell unconscious in the house. Her son who came home around midnight noticed her lying in the kitchen and rushed her to hospital where doctors pronounced her dead,” said G Saidulu, sub inspector Bhavaninagar police station.
On information the police reached the spot and took up investigation. The body was shifted to the mortuary where an autopsy was conducted on Sunday afternoon. The body was handed over to the family members.
