Hyderabad: Five final year B.Sc (Hons) students of Forest College and Research Institute (FCRI), Mulugu, excelled in the ICAR PG All India Entrance Examination Admission 2021 and secured top ranks.
While K Raju secured All India first rank under SC category, G Vaishnavi bagged All India first rank under PWD category. D Rajeshwari and A Supriya secured All India second rank under ST and SC categories respectively. Y Mallesh bagged all India 16th rank.
FCRI Dean Priyankaa Varghese and FCRI Deputy Director K Srinivas congratulated the students on their success and advised them to work hard towards fulfilling their dreams.
Earlier in the day, Kanchan Devi, Deputy Director General (Education), Indian Council of Forestry Research and Education, visited FCRI.
She interacted with FCRI Dean and faculty. She shared her experience and guided the faculty members to extend their services and help the students to achieve their goals. She was impressed with facilities and infrastructure, including advanced laboratories and teaching methods of the institute, said a press release.
