Fitness is the only mantra for happy and healthy wellbeing. Our mental and physical growth is directly related to our fitness. Fitness does not merely mean our physical appearance but physical fitness.
The Covid-19 pandemic has posed a challenge and forced us to be indoors attending online classes. In the absence of physical activity fitness is the only way to keep ourselves active. This can only happen if we engage ourselves in any physical sports, yoga, cycling, walking.
The day should begin with any of the physical activities early in the morning which will energize us to keep our spirits high to meet the daily challenges in the school or office. Physical fitness helps ingestion of the food we eat and promotes our overall growth. Exposure to sunlight boosts our immune system. Fitness shall be a part of our daily lives.
