Five killed as car plunges into lake in Telangana’s Bhongir district

According to police officials, the accident occurred when their car veered off the road and crashed into the lake

Bhongir: In a tragic accident, five persons were killed after the car they were travelling in, lost control and plunged into a lake near Jalalpur village in Bhoodan Pochampally mandal of Yadadri Bhongir district early on Saturday.

The victims, identified as Harsha, Dinesh, Vamshi, Balu, and Vinay, were residents of LB Nagar. The accident occurred when their car veered off the road and crashed into the lake. One individual, a youth from Lakshmapuram village in Valigonda mandal, managed to escape.
