FLO and YFLOs annual session and change of guard held

Hyderabad: FLO (FICCI Ladies Organisation) and YFLO (Young FICCI Ladies Organisation)’s annual session and change of guard was held with Prathibha Kunda and Pallavi Jain succeeding Priya Gazdar and Ridhi Jain as Chairpersons of FLO and YFLO for the year 2025-26 respectively.
At the event, Reema Gupta, co-founder of Caterpillar Wings and founder of DotX, delivered a talk titled “Nourish, Navigate, Nurture: How Women Can Lead the AI Revolution!”
In a fireside chat, she said women can lead the AI revolution in many ways than one can imagine. While empowering themselves and others, women can lead by mitigating gender biases by ensuring that AI systems are fair and equitable.
On job losses due to AI as believed widely, Reema said there may be some displacement of jobs, some jobs may not be needed, but, a new set of jobs which are unknown now will also emerge.
