Four dead, several injured in bus accident on National Highway 44 in Nizamabad
Four died and several others were injured when a bus fell on road side near Indalvai on NH 44
NIZAMABAD: Four persons died on the spot and a few others suffered grievous injuries when a private travels bus lost control and fell on the roadside at Gannaram near Indalvai toll plaza on National Highway 44 in the early hours on Friday.
About 22 passengers were travelling in the bus. The incident occurred when the private travels bus was heading to Akola, Maharashtra from Hyderabad. At Gannaram, the bus lost control and fell on the roadside. Four persons died on the spot and few others suffered injuries, according to reports.
The police reached the spot and shifted the injured to Government General Hospital, Nizamabad for treatment. More details are awaited.
