Gadwal Vijayalaxmi takes charge as Mayor of Hyderabad 

Animal Husbandry Minister T. Srinivas Yadav, Khairatabad MLA D. Nagender, Rajya Sabha MP K. Keshava Rao and other leaders were present on the occasion.

Hyderabad: Gadwal Vijayalaxmi assumed charge as the Mayor of Hyderabad here this morning. She will be visiting Gun Park shortly to pay tributes to Telangana martyrs.

M. Srilatha Reddy also assumed charge as the Deputy Mayor. Both the TRS corporators were elected as Mayor and Deputy Mayor earlier this month, with the TRS winning the elections comfortably.
