Ahead of the Assembly session, BRS staged a protest highlighting Telangana’s urea shortage, urging the Congress government to resign. KT Rama Rao criticized the administration’s failures, called for extended Assembly debates on agriculture, irrigation, student issues, and farmers’ hardships.
The rally was taken out from Telangana Martyrs Memorial at Gun Park to the Amara Jyothi memorial near Tank Bund, paying homage to the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the formation of Telangana.
As part of the State Formation Day celebrations, the Chief Minister will unfurl the national flag at Parade Grounds at 10 am and receive the guard of honour of the police forces, besides releasing the State song on the occasion.
