The pandemic has brought changes in various spheres including food preferences. A sedentary lifestyle has given birth to unhealthy eating habits. To help students, staff and parents streamline into a healthy lifestyle and encourage people to healthy eating habits and table etiquettes two experts from the hospitality sector shared their ideas and ideologies through two valuable sessions at the experts speak session titled ‘Table Talk’ organised by Gitanjali Devashray recently.
It was a live session conducted by IIHM Hyderabadthe first session of ‘Eat Fit’ by Arunaditya Mondal (IIHM Hyderabad) and the second of ‘Table Etiquettes’ by Ravi Kiran (IIHM Hyderabad). The Eat Fit Session by Arunaditya Mandal comprised of healthy nutritious and very lucid recipes of stuffed pancakes comprising of vegetarian and non-vegetarian ingredients. The chef demonstrated was vivid in his instruction.
