Teachers at Gitanjali Devashray participated in the Community Outreach Programme meant to extend a helping hand to those in need. In their gesture of kindness during these difficult times, they reached out to the aged with a food drive.
They collected 175 kilograms of rice for an old age home Little Sisters of the Poor. We strongly believe in giving back to society and the students are constantly encouraged to participate in acts of kindness and generosity to help them grow into responsible citizens, the school said in a statement.
