Gitanjali Devshala: Children fun learn observing celestial wonders

Gitanjali Devshala organised fun learning STEM activity with cookies for the students of class V. The eight phases of the Moon were demonstrated by twisting and separating the frosting from Oreo biscuits.
Right from the first quarter, waxing gibbous, full moon, waning gibbous, third quarter, waning crescent, new, waxing crescent and the first quarter, they learnt everything with loads of enthusiasm and had a feast of knowledge. Teachers appreciated the efforts of students for the activity.

They even watched the live telecast of this historic phenomenon, the Great Conjunction. They were thrilled and shared their experience in the class. It was amazing to hear the little astronauts speak about the planets and constellations.
