GMR Aero Technic enters 3 year agreement with Akasa Air for maintenance support of its Boeing 737 MAX fleet

GMR Aero Technic has signed a three-year agreement with Akasa Air to provide base maintenance for its Boeing 737 MAX fleet at its Hyderabad MRO facility. The partnership reflects growing confidence in India’s aviation maintenance ecosystem.

Hyderabad: GMR Aero Technic, the maintenance, repair and overhaul facility for commercial aircraft based at RGIA, Shamshabad, on Monday has announced that it has a three-year agreement with Akasa Air, for base maintenance support of its Boeing 737 MAX fleet.

Under the agreement, GMR Aero Technic will undertake scheduled base maintenance checks for Akasa Air’s fleet at its state-of-the-art MRO facility, located within the GMR Aerospace and Industrial Park in Hyderabad.
