Hyderabad: Gold donations for gold plating of the Vimana Gopuram (entrance tower) of the Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple, Yadadri continue to pour in from different MLAs, MLCs and other sections of the society.
Following Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao’s appeal, MLC Tera Chinnappa Reddy from Nalgonda on Thursday announced donation of 1 kg gold to the temple.
“On behalf of my family and Srini Pharma Group companies, I donate 1 kg gold to Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple,” said Chinnappa Reddy in a statement.
Khairatabad MLA Danam Nagender also annouced donation of 1 kg gold to the temple for gold plating of the Vimana Gopuram.
“It is a great achievement to reconstruct the Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple magnificently in this era,” said Danam Nagender in a statement.
