Hyderabad: In view of the ongoing second wave of Covid-19 pandemic, an employee of a private company, Srilatha Sharvari has donated about 10 stretcher trolleys on Thursday for patients at Osmania General Hospital.

The patient inflow to avail Covid and non-Covid health care services at OGH has increased in the last few days and the additional infrastructure will go a long in improving patient mobility within the hospital premises, officials said.

“Ever since the Covid pandemic, the hospital has received several donations and contributions from philanthropists and voluntary organisations. Their voluntary help had been immense in improving patient care services at OGH in the last year, as we were able to add many patient-care facilities. I express my gratitude to the donor for the compassionate gesture for a noble cause,” Superintendent, OGH, Dr. B Nagender said.
