Governor’s ‘At Home’ reception on I-Day, Raj Bhavan road users advised to take alternative routes

The Hyderabad Traffic Police issued a traffic advisory ahead of the ‘At Home’ reception hosted by the Governor of Telangana at Raj Bhavan on Friday evening. The police have urged citizens to avoid the area and take alternative routes during the event.

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Traffic Police have issued a traffic advisory in view of the ‘At Home’ reception hosted by the Governor of Telangana at Raj Bhavan on Friday at 6 pm.

The event, attended by VIPs, senior officials, High Court judges, and other dignitaries is expected to cause moderate congestion on Raj Bhavan Road between 5 pm and 8 pm.

Parking arrangements:

VVIPs including the CM, Deputy CM, Chief Justice, legislative heads, ministers, and central ministers will enter via Gate I, exit through Gate II, and park inside Raj Bhavan.

Other guests with car passes will enter via Gate 3, alight at the New Guest House, and park in designated lots including Raj Bhavan Quarters by-lane, Samskruthi Community Hall, Government School Raj Bhavan, Government Nursing College, and Raj Bhavan Post Office building.

Police escort and pilot vehicles will park at the MMTS parking facility. The Traffic Police requested citizens to use alternate routes and contact the traffic helpline 9010203626 for assistance.
