There is no organised sector in the door market. We generally go to carpenters for it, and these doors require a lot of maintenance. We would like to be a one stop solution for all the door requirements.”
Interestingly, these doors are not made of wood. They are made with Bison panel, with is much more durable, stylish and sustainable. Customers have a huge range of products to choose from. “NCLdoor are premium range of doors which are made with Bison panel, which withstand moisture, fire, termite and other elements that affect the overall life of doors. The product has superior sound insulation and reduces the load of air conditioning,” shares Reddy.

Giving insight about the matter, TP Srikumar, Deputy General Manager (Sales), NCLdoor, says, “If you go for a very good quality teak wood doors, it will cost you around Rs 30,000, at least. Whereas, the low quality doors that your usual carpenter would make would cost around Rs 10,000. But our doors are priced around Rs 20,000. However, we have to add that as they aren’t made of wood, a customer’s maintenance expense on these doors will be almost zero. They require no polishing or painting. So it’s a one-time investment.”
