Hyderabad: Hyderabad real estate companies continue to be in the league of top developers nationally. My Home Group, Aparna Constructions, Urbanrise and Ramky Infrastructure have been named among the top real estate brands by Asia One, which is into the research-based listing of brands and industry leaders.
In terms of city-wise wealth, the first spot in Hyderabad’s realty sector has been occupied by Rameswar Rao Jupally of My Home Group with the second and third spots taken by S S Reddy and CV Reddy of Aparna Constructions.
They are followed by Alla Ayodhya Rami Reddy occupying the fourth position and the fifth and sixth spots are taken by Manoj Namburu and Suneel Bommireddy of Alliance Group & Urbanrise.
Considering the fact that the Indian real estate sector plays a major role in the nation’s economy and GDP, Asia One conducted research to identify the top 50 movers of the sector in India and contributors to India’s economy and GDP.
The List of Top 50 Real Estate Brands and Leaders 2020-21 by Wealth has been created on the basis of the valuation of top real estate brands and leaders.
