Hyderabad-based Sajjan Singh re-elected to SGPC heritage sub-committee for seventh term
Sajjan Singh, convenor of the Sikh Education Society Hyderabad, has been elected for the seventh consecutive term to the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee’s (SGPC) Sikh Heritage Preservation and Conservation sub-committee in Amritsar.

Hyderabad: Sajjan Singh, convenor of Sikh Education Society Hyderabad was elected as member of Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC), Amritsar, sub-committee to preserve historical Sikh heritage buildings, monuments, artefacts and trees.
Accordingly, the SGPC sent an official communication to Sajjan Singh on December 5. He was elected for the seventh consecutive time to the Sikh Heritage Preservation and Conservation sub-committee, SGPC, Amritsar.
The sub-committee aimed to manage the preservation and maintenance of historical Sikh heritage sites and artefacts, said Sajjan Singh. The sub-committee was also authorised to carry out repairs of heritage sites, artefacts and trees, as needed, said Singh.
