Hyderabad: As healthcare professionals navigate growing patient volumes, increasing medical complexity, and limited time for information retrieval, the need for reliable clinical support tools is becoming increasingly important.
Built to help doctors and medical students access clinical information quickly and efficiently, ZenMD is a Hyderabad- and US-based clinical AI platform designed for the realities of Indian healthcare.
Recent usage data from Hyderabad indicates that clinicians are increasingly using clinical AI for information access and clinical support. Diagnosis and symptom analysis account for the largest share of queries at 21.6 percent, followed by drug information and dosing (15.6 percent), treatment planning and management (10.9 percent), and lab and imaging interpretation (9.3 percent), a press release said.
The data suggests that doctors are leveraging AI not merely for documentation but as a support layer for everyday clinical questions, treatment workflows, and information retrieval during patient care.
Founded by Rithika Reddy and Pranav Reddy, ZenMD supports a range of clinical workflows including diagnosis support, drug information, lab interpretation, treatment workflows, documentation, and imaging analysis across more than 80 medical specialties.
Within eight weeks of its public launch, the platform recorded more than 60,000 users and over 90,000 pageviews through organic adoption, the release added.
