Hyderabad boys and Rangareddy girls win state table tennis titles

Hyderabad boys and Rangareddy girls won the team titles in the 69th School Games State Table Tennis Championship (under-17) held in Khammam. Selected players will represent Telangana at the national level, with Khammam and Adilabad also finishing on the podium

Hyderabad: Hyderabad boys and Rangareddy girls won the team titles in the 69th School Games State Table Tennis Championship (under-17) held in Khammam.

The following players have been chosen to represent Telangana State at the national-level competitions:


Boys: Devesh, Dharma Teja, Akshay, Paritala Jwalith, Arjun, Chandrahas. Girls: B Srividya, Siri Keerthana, Avani Reddy, Vaishnavi, Basetti Sanvi, Gaddala Siri.

District Sports Officer Sunil Kumar Reddy, District Table Tennis Association President Balasani Vijayakumar, District SGF Secretary Yasa Ramarao and SGF Honorary Advisor Devarakonda Saidulu gave away the prizes.

Final placings:

Boys: 1. Hyderabad, 2. Rangareddy, 3. Khammam

Girls: 1. Rangareddy, 2. Khammam, 3. Adilabad
