Hyderabad: With the winter season almost making an exit, people in Hyderabad should prepare for dry weather conditions, including high daytime temperatures and low humidity.

The near summer-like conditions, no humidity and relatively colder early hours of the day are expected to continue throughout February.

Weather expert from Hyderabad, T Balaji, who tracks even minute changes in weather patterns and issues alerts through platform X (@telanganaweatherman) says that February will be the driest month of the year.

“The next 15 to 20 days will be driest days of this year with desert type humidity, also there will be large variations in day and night temperatures. Climatologically, February is one of the driest month and it’s common to have such weather,” Balaji on X noted.

The pattern in the weather for the coming fortnight is expected to be very low humidity, warm days and cold nights.

“Days will continue to remain super hot while nights will remain comfortable or warm. The early morning hours will be cold,” Balaji says.

Meanwhile, the maximum temperatures in Hyderabad and districts have continued to hover between 34 degrees C and 37 degrees Celsius.

On Monday, according to Telangana Development Planning Society (TSDPS) weather data, the maximum daytime temperature in Hyderabad was 35 degrees Celsius at Saroornagar while Ibrahimpatnam under Rangareddy district recorded 37 degrees Celsius.
