Hyderabad: In view of the heavy rain forecast, the Cyberabad Police have issued an advisory recommending companies to adopt a Work from Home (WFH) arrangement on Wednesday, July 23.

The advisory, issued by the Joint Commissioner of Police (Traffic), Cyberabad, and urged companies to consider remote working to ensure public safety, reduce traffic congestion, maintain productivity, and enable uninterrupted emergency services during the adverse weather conditions.

Authorities have emphasised the importance of public cooperation in managing the impact of the rains, especially on traffic movement and emergency response services.

“We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter,” said the Joint Commissioner in the official note.

With waterlogging and potential disruptions expected, residents and commuters are advised to stay indoors unless absolutely necessary and to follow weather updates and safety guidelines issued by the authorities.
