Hyderabad: The Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE) on Wednesday extended the last date for paying the Class X exams fee under Tatkal scheme up to January 22.

A late fee of Rs 1,000 will be charged under the scheme. This extension is applicable to regular and private (once failed) candidates who wish to appear for the SSC Public Exams scheduled for March.

This is the last chance for payment of Class X exams fee and due dates will not be extended under any circumstances, the DGE said, adding that only candidates who appear for Class X exams in March will be eligible to sit for the advanced supplementary exams.
