Hyderabad: Hyderabad District Election Officer and GHMC Commissioner RV Karnan on Wednesday inspected the main Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) godown at Chudi Bazaar.
During his inspection, the District Election Officer reviewed the storage conditions of the materials, verified the stock registers, and assessed the overall security and maintenance of the godown. He also checked the functioning of the CCTV surveillance system and security arrangements on the premises.
The District Election Officer instructed the staff to strictly adhere to the security protocols established by the Election Commission of India to ensure foolproof safety at the godown.
