Hyderabad gears up for HCL Cyclothon for the third time

Hyderabad was chosen as the host for HCL Cyclothon due to its thriving cycling culture and its commitment to fostering cycling-friendly infrastructure, including extensive dedicated cycling tracks.

Hyderabad: HCL Group organized two cycling events in Hyderabad as a precursor to the highly anticipated HCL Cyclothon, scheduled for December 15. These events aimed to celebrate the spirit of fitness, environmental sustainability, and the city’s rich heritage.

Hyderabad was chosen as the host for HCL Cyclothon due to its thriving cycling culture and its commitment to fostering cycling-friendly infrastructure, including extensive dedicated cycling tracks, a press release said.

Cyclists enthusiastically participated in the #ChangeYourGear Rides, that started from multiple locations including Peddlers Point in Gachibowli, HBC Station near Sanjeevaiah Park, Necklace Road, and The Bike Affair in Kondapur. Participants converged at Charminar, where they enjoyed chai and a photo session before proceeding to Sanjeevaiah Park for breakfast.
