Hyderabad: Intruder breaks into BJP MP DK Aruna’s house, caught on CCTV
In footage, the man is seen wearing hand gloves and face mask and moving around in the house
Hyderabad: An unidentified person entered into the house of BJP MP from Mahabubnagar, DK Aruna in city in the early hours of Sunday, and spent nearly two hours in the premises.
The MP was however, was not present in the house at that time and was in Mahabubnagar where she had to attend some programmes on Sunday.
In footage captured by the closed circuit cameras installed in the house, the man is seen wearing hand gloves and face mask and moving around in the house. Laxman, the driver of the MP told the police that the person entered into the house through a window and moved around the house for some time. He spent close to an hour in the kitchen of the house.
A complaint was made at the Jubilee Hills police station and a case registered by the police. A police team visited the house of Aruna and collected fingerprints. The police are investigating.
Meanwhile, the MP demanded that the police increase security cover accorded to her and take steps to prevent recurrence of such incidents.
