Hyderabad: A suspected family dispute turned fatal, when a man allegedly murdered his elder brother following a heated altercation at Chaderghat on Wednesday.

As per information available, the incident took place in the Azampura area, behind a maternity hospital. The suspect, identified as Shaptaan Hussain, is suspected to have killed his elder brother, Hashim Hussain, using sharp objects amid long-standing family conflicts.
