Hyderabad: Man lodges complaints against popular hotel in Secunderabad, alleges assault

As per available information, the staff at the bakery section had showed him a cake and Shekhar raised a doubt of its freshness, quality and preparation time

Hyderabad: A customer approached the Monda Market police alleging he was assaulted by the Alpha Hotel staff in Secunderabad.

Recently, the complainant Shekhar Kumar from Shamirpet had come to Secunderabad on a personal work. After completing the work, he went to Alpha Hotel bakery section on the ground floor to buy a cake for his daughter’s birthday.

As per available information, the staff at the bakery section had showed him a cake and Shekhar raised a doubt of its freshness, quality and preparation time. This, allegedly did not go down well with the hotel staff who picked up an argument with Shekhar and ended up abusing and assaulting him.

Based on a complaint, the Monda Market police booked a case and are investigating.
