Hyderabad: A case was registered against unidentified persons for attacking a man when he objected to one of the attackers spitting at a public place.

According to the police, R Devendar brought his father Hanumanthu, a GHMC outsourcing worker to UPHC Shalivahana Nagar, for the Covid-19 vaccination. While Devendar was standing outside the UPHC, a person, aged around 65, spat near the gate.

“Devendar objected to this behavior which resulted in an argument. Soon two more persons came to the spot and allegedly assaulted him,” said the Malakpet police. A case was registered based on Devendar’s complaint.
