Hyderabad: National Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Management (NITHM), Hyderabad is conducting a one-week virtual Faculty Development Program (FDP) on Teaching and Learning for Tourism and Hospitality for faculty of The College of Tourism and Service of Andijan (CTSA), Uzbekistan.
NITHM had entered into an MoU for academic exchange programs and for joint international conferences, workshops, and research programmes with CTSA, Uzbekistan, a press release said.
The purpose of the programme is for NITHM faculty members to share their knowledge and experience on teaching and learning on tourism, hospitality education and employment in the sectors. The industry experts and representatives from the government would also provide insights on skills required for working in the industry and management of businesses etc, the press release added.
