Hyderabad police book 356 for drunken driving
Hyderabad traffic police booked 356 persons during a drunken driving drive on Saturday night. The offenders included two-wheeler, three-wheeler and four-wheeler drivers. Three persons recorded very high alcohol levels and will be produced before court
Hyderabad: The Hyderabad traffic police, during drunken driving checks in the city on Saturday night, caught 356 persons and booked cases against them.
Among those caught were 302 two-wheeler riders, 21 three-wheeler drivers and 33 persons who were driving four-wheelers in an inebriated condition. The traffic police conducted the checks at various places in the city.
Three persons recorded a BAC level above 300 mg/100 ml. All those caught will be produced before the court for further legal proceedings.
